Job summary

Spring Health seeks a licensed psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use disorders via telehealth. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed plans, and support recovery across stages in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires 2+ years post-licensure, unrestricted state license (TX/PA/NY/CA), and comfort with virtual care; 40‑hour workweek with ~30 sessions weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted state license to practice psychotherapy in TX/PA/NY/CA.
• Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience.
• Comfort with virtual/telehealth delivery and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments for planning.
• Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans with levels of care recommendations.
• Support members across recovery stages with recovery-oriented care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress with measurement-based care and adapt plans.
• Provide mental health counseling with risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Complete internal training and attend clinical team meetings.
• Follow confidentiality, compliance and ethical standards.
• Review monthly projections, client metrics, and outcomes for quality care.
