Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a full-time licensed psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop ASAM-informed treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in a telehealth-friendly environment.

You will support clients across recovery stages, monitor progress, and engage in safety planning and crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed psychotherapist in PA, NY, TX or CA.
2+ years post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
Comfort with virtual/telehealth delivery.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments for individualized treatment planning.
Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans and coordinate care with the team.
Support members across recovery stages with compassionate care.
Collaborate with medication managers and care navigators to coordinate services.
Monitor progress using measurement-based care and adjust plans as needed.
Provide risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention when appropriate.
Complete internal training and participate in clinical team meetings.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
Review monthly client metrics and outcomes to monitor quality of care.
