Job summary

Spring Health seeks an experienced psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use disorders, including co-occurring conditions. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in a telehealth environment.

You must hold an unrestricted license in CA (or PA/NY/TX) and be able to manage an average caseload of around 30 sessions per week.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted psychotherapy license in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour work week.
• Proficient with virtual/telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Create ASAM-informed treatment plans with appropriate levels of care.
