Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a full-time licensed psychotherapist to deliver evidence-based treatment for adults with substance use disorders in a predominantly telehealth role. You will conduct assessments, develop ASAM-informed plans, coordinate with care teams, monitor progress, and support clients through all stages of change while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Applicants must hold an unrestricted license (PA, NY, TX, or CA), have 2+ years post-licensure, and be comfortable working

Qualifications

Unrestricted psychotherapy license in PA, NY, TX, or CA.
2+ years of post-licensed experience in psychotherapy.
Ability to work a full 40-hour week.
Telehealth/virtual care competence.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for adults with SUD and co-occurring conditions.
Conduct comprehensive substance use assessments and inform treatment planning.
Develop ASAM-informed treatment plans and referrals when indicated.
Support members through all stages of recovery with recovery-oriented care.
Collaborate with medication managers, care navigators, and peers.
Monitor progress with measurement-based care and adjust plans.
Provide counseling including risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed.
Complete internal training and attend Clinical Team meetings.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
