Qualifications

• Hold the credentials of a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. (MCB).
• Certification such as CADC/CRADC/CRAADC/RADC/CCJP is required or preferred.
• Co-Occurring credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, screening and assessments following state guidelines.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute clinical insights.
• Document all services to maintain accurate client records.
• Lead counseling sessions in individual and group formats.
• Support crisis management and coordination with referrals.
