Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold the credentials of a Qualified Addiction Professional as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board.
• Certification as CADC, CRADC, CRAADC, or RADC, or CCJP.
• Thorough knowledge of mental health and substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Facilitate counseling sessions with individuals and groups.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss client progress.

Skills

Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to establish rapport with client populations

Knowledge of caseload management

Thorough knowledge of rehabilitation methods

Education

Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC)
