Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a licensed therapist to join our substance use disorder recovery services team. The position offers full- or part-time hours, with licensure pathways (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW) and supervision support to advance your credentials.

You will provide individual and group counseling, coordinate referrals to higher levels of care, and collaborate with our community support specialists to support clients in recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field.
• Must be PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling, group counseling, group education, and aftercare group counseling to aid in clients’ recovery from substance use disorders.
• Coordinate referral to more intensive services if needed.
