Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with state regulatory guidelines and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide co-occurring disorder therapy, individual and group.
• Complete intake/screening/assessment within required timeframes.
• Develop treatment plans and document services per standards.
• Participate in team meetings and crisis intervention as needed.
• Coordinate care and maintain professional community relations.
