Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks a qualified counselor with CADC credentials to provide individual and group substance use disorder counseling. You will develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Candidates must hold a CADC or equivalent certification, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong communication and computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. In-person work location highlighted.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an MCBAP-recognized discipline applicable to the CADC pathway.
• CADC credential or Limited Counselor status with supervision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual substance use disorder counseling aligned with treatment plans and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates counseling groups and structured clinical programming using evidence-informed approaches.
• Develops and updates individualized treatment/service plans with the patient and team.
• Completes timely clinical documentation including notes and treatment plans.
• Escalates concerns per established protocols when behavior or safety changes occur.
