ApplicantPool seeks a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to conduct admissions, diagnose, and design individualized plans under ASAM standards. You will provide case management, and lead group and individual counseling while ensuring timely documentation and state reporting compliance.

The ideal candidate has CADC-I certification at interview and at least two years of SUD treatment experience, with strong EHR skills and a commitment to diverse, vulnerable populations.

Formación

• Must have ASAM-based assessment and treatment planning knowledge.
• Strong skills in delivering individual and group counseling.
• Experience with EHR documentation and reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct admission interviews per ASAM standards.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide case management and referrals as needed.
• Lead counseling groups and monitor client progress.
• Complete all notes within 24–72 hours of sessions.
• Maintain compliance with state reporting mandates.
