Qualifications

• Certified & licensed as Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP).
• Registered Counselor with Washington State DOH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality and comply with 42 CFR; protect client privacy.
• Use ASAM criteria for patient placement and treatment planning.
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions; relapse prevention.
• Coordinate clinical activities with treatment team and other staff.
• Maintain accurate, complete patient records; ensure file security.
• Complete required reports and coordinate referrals to services.
• Liaise with social service agencies in the patient's best interest.
