Job summary

Klickitat Valley Health in Goldendale, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUD-P) to provide individual, group, and family counseling. You will assess patients, use DSM-V guidelines, and work with behavioral health providers and primary care staff to improve outcomes.

The role requires Washington licensure with 2,500 supervised hours and at least 2 years of clinical experience in diverse rural settings. This is a full-time daytime position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the educational requirements to obtain a SUD license in Washington.
• Current licensure to practice as a Substance Use Disorder Professional in Washington or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience counseling across multiple demographics in rural communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling for substance use disorders.
• Maintain detailed records and billing in accordance with KVH guidelines.
• Follow state and KVH procedures regarding patient care and documentation.
• Collaborate with behavioral health providers and primary care staff.
• Engage in prevention programs and community partnerships.
