Job summary

Jamestown Healing Clinic in Sequim, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our integrated care team.

The role provides direct counseling and case management across individual, group, and family sessions, with emphasis on confidentiality and coordinated care.

Candidates must have an associate’s degree and Washington SUDP certification, plus clinical experience and knowledge of regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Certified as a Substance Use Disorder Professional in good standing with the State of Washington.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of human behavior, performance, learning, motivation, and assessment/treatment of behavioral disorders.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and understand trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and case management across individual, group, and family services.
• Serve as mediator between patients, staff, and outside agencies.
• Prepare progress reports and share with interfacing agencies including courts and probation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and policy.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and maintain accurate EHR records.
• Participate in community education on substance use disorder.
