Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is hiring a Counselor Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervise our team of counselors in a patient-centered addiction treatment program. This on-site role follows a 5:00 AM–1:00 PM schedule (Monday–Friday). You will lead care delivery, oversee case management, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, compliant services.

Bonus structure is available. A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and at least three years of leadership experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least three years of leadership experience as a counselor working with a substance abuse population.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to counselors.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that support patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Complete required counseling sessions in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's goals and progress.
• Oversee case management activities, ensuring timely follow-up and coordinated care.
• Collaborate with community providers and respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
• Help introduce and implement new clinical programs that enhance patient outcomes.
