Job summary

Roku in New York is seeking a Subscriptions & SSP Insights Manager for Howdy, Roku's owned-and-operated streaming service. You will own recurring leadership reporting, define the measurement framework, and help answer questions that shape Howdy's next moves.

The role spans multiple markets, partners with Content, Marketing, Finance, and Core Analytics, delivering executive-ready dashboards and narratives. 8+ years in analytics and a strong business sense are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in the Analytics & Insights space.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect analysis to strategy.
• Genuine curiosity and storytelling for executive audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer or subscription products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Howdy insights: define, track, and tell the story behind key metrics and KPIs.
• Run operating rhythm: maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting into a single source of truth.
• Drive international insights across US and Mexico and surface growth opportunities.
• Diagnose the drivers: translate findings into clear business actions.
• Connect content to the business: measure discovery, merchandising, and title performance.
• Build and own reporting: scalable dashboards for stakeholders.
• Influence through storytelling: deliver executive-ready dashboards and narratives.
• Close data gaps: collaborate with Data Engineering and Product to improve data.
• Cross-functional leadership: align insights with Roku's strategic goals.
• Champion a data-driven culture to support Howdy's success.
