Job summary

Roku is seeking an insights leader for Premium Subscriptions, owning analytics that scale globally. You will define metrics, build dashboards, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive strategic decisions across regions and markets.

You will translate subscriber data into clear business actions, tell compelling stories to executives, and collaborate across teams to foster a data‑driven culture at Roku.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics & Insights.
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie analysis to outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity and ability to explain the meaning of numbers.
• Experience with international/multi‑market data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Premium Subscriptions insights: define, track and tell the story behind metrics that matter.
• Build a framework to measure performance across regions and surface global opportunities.
• Redefine Partner Portal data views and self-serve reporting for partners.
• Develop scalable dashboards giving real-time health metrics across products and geographies.
• Translate insights into actionable business recommendations for executives.
