Roku, Inc. is seeking a Subscriptions & SSP Insights Manager for Howdy to lead insights, define the measurement framework, and own recurring leadership reporting.

You will connect analysis to business actions and collaborate across Content, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Core Analytics to drive growth. The role requires strong business acumen, curiosity, and storytelling ability to present executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Analytics & Insights.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Economics, Business, Marketing, Analytics).
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Howdy insights and tell the story behind key metrics (subscriptions, signups, churn).
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to converge on a single source of truth.
• Drive international insights across the U.S. and Mexico and surface growth opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear business actions and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Core Analytics to align insights with goals.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting for executive audiences.
• Identify data gaps with Data Engineering and Product to ensure trustworthy metrics.
• Influence cross-functional teams and champion a data-driven culture.
