Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Subscription Services Representative to support a territory of customers, renew subscriptions on-time, and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate with channel partners and account managers to maximize renewal opportunities and ensure excellent customer service throughout the quote-to-cash process.

The role requires 2+ years in subscription sales and customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years subscription sales experience.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to market subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
• Communicate company messages and value propositions verbally and in writing.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop plans to bring them to closure.
• Review and validate installed base reports.
• Manage programs to maximize revenue and resolve contract issues.
• Research transactions and prepare details to guide renewal recommendations.
• Manage an assigned renewal quota and forecast territory.
• Aim to optimize renewal, attach, and term rates.
• Quote renewal opportunities for the assigned territory.
• Develop renewal strategy and processes for the territory.
• Forecast the subscription pipeline for the territory.
• Collaborate with Marketing to encourage renewal activity with partners.
• Propose process improvements to optimize programs and relationships.
• Track all activity in Salesforce.
