• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years prior subscription sales role.
• 2+ years prior customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with Salesforce and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Renew subscriptions on-time and grow the revenue base.
• Coordinate with Channel Partners and Account Managers to market renewal opportunities.
• Review installed base reports and manage renewal forecasts.
• Develop renewal strategies and manage assigned quota.
• Prepare detailed transactional information to aid renewal decisions.
