Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Remote Subscription Services Operations Specialist to join our Renewal team in the United States. You will quote renewals, align expiration dates, and streamline renewal processes for the installed base while collaborating with Finance and BI to improve reporting.

The role focuses on accuracy in pricing, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination to maximize renewal revenue before maintenance expirations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales operations and/or contract administration.
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and follow up skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Inventory/installed base management experience is a plus.
• Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative/backend support to assigned SSRs to enable seamless execution of the renewals process.
• Enable pipeline readiness with understanding of Account Mapping and Territory Alignment.
• Triage and route inquiries from a high-volume renewal inbox to the appropriate functional owner.
• Operationalize the SSR pipeline while optimizing renewal rate, attach rate and term.
• Be a point of contact with Channel Partners & Account Managers to market subscription opportunities or resolve issues.
• Communicate company messages and value propositions clearly in writing and verbally.
• Review and validate subscriptions renewals against installed base reports and data sources.
• Research original transactions to help position upcoming renewal cycles.
• Confirm and quote all renewal opportunities for the territory.
• Develop and communicate process changes to optimize programs and relationships.
• Track activity in Salesforce and other systems to move renewal opportunities forward.
