Job summary

Moultrie in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Device Subscription Product Manager to own the cellular data-plan business, including pricing, entitlement strategy, churn management, and retention forecasting with the related KPIs.

You will lead two to three product owners covering onboarding, analytics, and retention, and partner with UX, Research, Data Science, and Marketing to launch data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, HCI, or CS or related field.
• 5+ years total related experience with preference toward subscription/services.
• 3+ years product management or strategic analysis and planning.
• 2+ years of agile software development methods (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Own VOC and share customer voice across the org with artifacts and ceremonies.
• Own and drive KPIs: ARPD, ADPU, WAU, NPS, retention and churn.
• Run monthly business reviews and update pricing models.
• Develop the data-plan roadmap to meet company goals.
• Prioritize development for maximum customer value and reduce churn.
