Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-month rolling demand forecast — tier 1 feeders at customer × SKU; tier 2 total Moultrie at SKU-total; DTC total Moultrie; accessories via the attach-rate model.
• Own the accessories attach-rate model: apply attach rates and challenge upstream plans when needed.
• Collaborate with retail merchant teams to align forecasts and inventory positions.
• Lead forecasting for new product launches and product transitions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive Netstock adoption and ensure forecast accuracy within agreed bands.
