Job summary

Moultrie, based in Birmingham, AL, seeks a Demand Planning Manager to own forecasting for feeders, cameras, and accessories across retail and DTC. You will manage tiered forecasts, collaborate with Product Management and Operations, and drive new product launches and transitions from business case through end of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales analysis, marketing, or general business analytics.
• Proven understanding of forecast methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the 12-month rolling demand forecast — tier 1 feeders at customer × SKU; tier 2 total Moultrie at SKU-total; DTC total Moultrie; accessories via the attach-rate model.
• Own the accessories attach-rate model: apply attach rates and challenge the upstream plan when needed.
• Own the planning relationship for assigned tier 1 accounts and align forecasts with retail teams.
• Manage promotional and event demand calendars; analyze lift and post-event reconciliation.
• Set segmentation thresholds and cadence by segment to focus planner effort on high-value areas.
• Turn category analytics into commercial recommendations with sales team input.
• Coordinate with operations on long lead times to flag demand risks early.
• Lead cross-category NPI and transition forecasting with PM, launches, POS reads, and EOL plans.
