Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Subrogation Adjuster to join our team on our Phoenix corporate campus. You will identify and pursue subrogation recoveries, including first‑party U‑Haul equipment damages, third‑party auto liability damages, and general liability cases, while following established subrogation policies.

• Follow structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
• Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.

Job description

This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. Repwest is hiring a Subrogation Adjuster to join their team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U‑Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, commercial general liability damages.

Experience

• Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
• Heavy phone work required, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
• Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
• Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
• All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
