Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Subrogation Adjuster to join our team. The role focuses on identifying and collecting subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, and general liability damages.

It requires strong collections/adjusting experience and excellent communication skills. The position is fully onsite at our corporate campus in Phoenix, with Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience: Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
• Heavy phone work required, candidate must possess excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
• Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
• Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
• All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
