Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Phoenix seeks a team-focused individual to support the Equipment Citations department.

The role involves following up on tolls, parking and fine citations, locating responsible parties, and coordinating with customers, field locations, DMVs, and the U-Haul POS system to secure favorable outcomes. The position is a full-time, 40-hour workweek with shifts 6am–6pm Monday–Friday and 6am–4:30pm Saturday.

Qualifications

• Prior call center/phone-based work experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Task-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

U-Haul International is seeking hardworking, energetic team players to join the Equipment Citations department in Midtown Phoenix. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships among many groups, offering clerical support as part of a team to keep track of citations and ensure responsible parties provide compensation.
