Job summary

Certified Collectibles Group is hiring a Receiving Submission Processing Specialist for the NGC division in Sarasota, FL. The role focuses on intake and processing of collectible submissions in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment related to coins.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of work experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Trello. Excel skills and a HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of consecutive work experience; data entry is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Trello) preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer submissions and verify shipment contents against submission forms.
• Enter submission data into the internal database system.
• Communicate with internal customer service to confirm or clarify submission information.
• Prepare submissions for internal production processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate submission handling.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.
