Job summary

Serco is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to support Navy submarine programs, including PMS 397, NAVSEA 05Z, and AUKUS integration. The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, US citizenship, and leadership of technical teams.

You will develop project artifacts, manage reports, and liaise with government and contractor stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5 years in the workforce, 3 years leading teams, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have an active DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Management.
• Significant submarine operations and maintenance experience (E6 or above).
• 5 years of workforce experience.
• 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contractor Program Manager in day-to-day operations, including job description development, resume review, onboarding, and reporting.
• Oversee timecard management, financial management, and personnel recognition.
• Engage with government and contractor teams to understand program needs and deliver solutions.
• Manage 5–15 personnel and coordinate with subcontractors as a deputy PM.
• Contribute to business development through research, writing, and proposal support.
• Provide training and guidance to government and contractor staff on submarine operations and risk management.
