Serco Inc. in the Washington, DC area seeks an experienced Submarine Infrastructure Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA customers.

You will lead shore infrastructure initiatives, coordinate transition activities from Ohio Class to Columbia Class SSBNs, and ensure facility readiness across TRFs and public shipyards. The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance, 10+ years in defense infrastructure programs, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• 10 years' experience in engineering, science management, or major defense infrastructure/acquisition programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field; associates + 2 years or high school diploma + 4 years considered in lieu of degree.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or fleet operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior NAVSEA/NAVFAC/Fleet leadership.
• Eagerness to adopt new digital tools and configure platforms like SharePoint to optimize processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Infrastructure Lead & Coordination for shore infrastructure, facility modification, and transition readiness for submarine programs.
• Draft and manage transition agreements; delineate responsibilities, milestones, and funding streams.
• Audit and verify industrial equipment, dry docks, piers, and facilities across TRF Bangor and TRF Kings Bay for readiness.
• Review POM requirements to ensure MILCON and FRM funding for out-year infrastructure needs.
• Evaluate lessons learned from prior ship class changes to mitigate facility risks.
• Serve as primary liaison with NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, TYCOMs, and TRF leadership on readiness timelines.
