Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Management (or submarine equivalent).
• 5 years of workforce experience.
• 3 years of experience leading teams and managing personnel.
• Advanced MS Office skillset.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contractor Program Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Develop job descriptions, review resumes, onboard staff, and prepare reports.
• Manage timecards, finances, and employee recognition.
• Engage with DPM, PAPM, and APM to fulfill submarine program needs.
• Hire and manage 5–15 personnel for technical submarine programs.
• Oversee subcontractors as deputy PM to meet government requirements.
• Ensure personnel actions and training are completed.
• Support business development through talent identification and proposals.
• Provide training on submarine operation, risk management, and certifications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Management

Master’s degree in Technical or Business acumen
