Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Contractor Program Manager to support Navy submarine initiatives in the McLean, VA area. You will work within a dynamic team to develop job descriptions, review resumes, onboard personnel, and manage weekly, monthly, and annual reports while ensuring timecards and budgets align with program goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, client engagement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced defense environment. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or management field.
• Experience leading submarine-related programs or complex defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contractor Program Manager in daily operations and reporting.
• Lead resume reviews, interviews, onboarding, and personnel actions.
• Manage timecards, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Engage with government and contractor stakeholders to fulfill program needs.
• Manage 5–15 personnel and supervise subcontractors as needed.
• Support business development through proposals and technical research.
