Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, or Management.
• Significant submarine operations and maintenance experience (E6 or above) or equivalent.
• 5 years of workforce experience.
• 3 years of team leadership and personnel management.
• Ability to engage with senior government clients.
• Strong multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
• Independent work style with ability to work in large teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contractor Program Manager in day-to-day operations, including reports, timecards, and financial management.
• Lead job description development, resume reviews, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and staffing for submarine programs.
• Provide training and guidance to government and contractor personnel.
• Identify talent and opportunities for contract growth and BD proposals.
