Serco Inc. is seeking a seasoned programmatic and financial analyst to support NAVSEA Submarine initiatives from Herndon, VA. The role focuses on PPBE, acquisition planning, and mission-support processes within a complex defense program environment.

You will provide analytical, financial, and project management support to government stakeholders and industry partners, while building dashboards and reporting to track performance and progress. A DoW secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Government, Finance, Pentagon or other Defense-related environments.
• Experience managing or supporting government contract execution and administration.
• Experience supporting acquisition planning or acquisition strategy development.
• Strong expertise in mission support processes.
• Familiarity with Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements or other innovative acquisition pathways.
• Experience supporting Navy or DoD organizations.
• Travel up to 10%.

Aufgaben

• Provide programmatic, analytical, and project management support to NAVSEA stakeholders and Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) leadership.
• Assist in strategic planning and mission requirements documentation.
• Develop executive dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reporting.
• Build collaborative relationships across government, industry, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Engage in stakeholder communication and coordination activities.
• Support travel up to 10%.
