Serco is seeking a Program Analyst to support NAVSEA efforts in the Washington, DC area. You will review briefs, maintain POA&Ms, and interface with stakeholders to track actions and advise senior leaders with well‑written analyses.

Qualified candidates have a Secret clearance, US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent HS diploma with experience), and strong communication skills. Travel ~10% and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree; alternative with HS diploma/GED plus 4 years related experience.
• 8 years of experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Review presentations, briefs, and formal correspondence for NAVSEA review and final approval.
• Maintain Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) as directed/required.
• Interface with stakeholders to identify, assign, and track action items.
• Collect information and provide recommendations to senior decision-makers through well-written documents.
• Communicate with Program Office representatives in the US Navy, UK, and other entities.
• Develop white papers and presentations for Government and Navy on program status.
• Provide SME support and assist Government with analyses, inquiries, and data validation.
• Provide analysis and metrics for program issues and late delivery/delay analyses.
