Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a seasoned programmatic analyst to support Navy submarine programs, providing budgeting, planning, and execution expertise across PPBE and FYDP. You will coordinate with NAVSEA stakeholders and the Submarine Industrial Base to enhance mission outcomes and sustain industrial base resilience.

The role requires a blend of analytical rigor, program management, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel up to 10% and a U.S. citizenship prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Experience with PPBE processes and FYDP planning.
• Strong budgeting, funding execution, and investment analysis.
• Proven program management and stakeholder coordination in defense.
• Experience supporting government contract execution and acquisition planning.
• Familiarity with OTA agreements and DoD policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic, analytical, and project management support to NAVSEA stakeholders and Submarine Industrial Base leadership.
• Build collaborative relationships across government, industry, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and refine mission requirements, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, metrics, and portfolio reporting.
• Support planning, execution, and oversight of budgets and resources.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.
