Job summary

Serco is seeking a Submarine Infrastructure Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA customers in the Washington, DC area. The role emphasizes ownership, process improvement, and risk mitigation for submarine infrastructure transitions.

Ideal candidates will have a DoW Secret clearance and 10+ years in defense infrastructure programs, with strong communication and collaboration skills to work across NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, and TRFs while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance is required.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or fleet operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for briefings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead for shore infrastructure and TRF readiness initiatives supporting transition timelines.
• Draft, review, and manage transition agreements and facility scope with multiple stakeholders.
• Audit and verify industrial equipment readiness across TRFs, yards, and centers.
• Review POM requirements to ensure MILCON and FRM funding alignment.
• Identify lessons learned from prior ship class transitions to mitigate risks.
• Serve as primary liaison across NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, TYCOMs, and TRF leadership.
