Job summary

You will identify bottlenecks, analyze construction processes, and drive cross-functional improvements to accelerate throughput and safety. The role requires DoW Secret clearance, a bachelor’s in engineering, and at least 5 years in submarine construction.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of submarine construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, and implement improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements in submarine construction.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis to reduce waste and cycle times.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality assurance, and other stakeholders.
