Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Submarine Infrastructure Analyst to provide programmatic support to NAVSEA customers in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on leading shore infrastructure initiatives, transition planning for submarine classes, and ensuring readiness of facilities and TRFs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical field; an Associate’s degree with 2 years related experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years related experience may substitute.
• Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or fleet operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication suitable for briefings to senior NAVSEA/NAVFAC/Fleet leadership.
• Willingness to adopt and configure digital tools like SharePoint to optimize processes.
• Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Lead & Coordination: lead shore infrastructure, facility modification, and TRF readiness for transition from Ohio Class to Columbia Class SSBNs.
• Transition Agreements & Facility Scope: draft and manage transition agreements, delineate responsibilities, milestones, and funding streams.
• TRF Readiness & Site Integration: audit and verify industrial equipment, dry docks, piers, and facilities are ready for Columbia-class maintenance.
• POM & Funding Alignment: ensure MILCON and FRM funding for out-year infrastructure needs.
• Lessons Learned Integration: analyze past class transition data to identify mitigate facility risks.
• Stakeholder Liaison: interface with NAVSEA, NAVFAC, CNIC, TYCOMs, Regional Commands and TRF leadership.
