Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to join our Shared Services team. This role is eligible for remote work within the United States, with preference for candidates near Reston, VA or Beltsville, MD for meetings and collaboration.

The position supports complex government proposals and awarded programs, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and company purchasing policies. Travel may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2-4 years at a minimum of subcontracts administration experience including T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee and Fixed Price Contracts.
• Experience in Federal Government contracting.
• Demonstrated understanding of cost accounting principles including direct and indirect cost components.
• Knowledge of FAR and Agency FAR Supplements.
• Experience operating under an Approved Purchasing System and public law requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook with emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate and administer subcontracts in line with government requirements and company policies.
• Create subcontract files compliant with FAR/DCMA requirements under an approved purchasing system.
• Advise program staff and decide on subcontract management approaches.
• Review government proposals for procurement impacts with the capture team.
• Ensure flow-downs and requirements in prime solicitations and awards.
• Evaluate subcontract proposals for compliance and risks, including pricing and cost.
• Perform price and cost analysis and negotiate terms.
• Identify subcontractor requirements and SBSA/Small Business plans compliance.
• Support post-award subcontract management and performance criteria.
• Collaborate daily with Program Managers and project staff to track actions.
• Lead projects or work areas and train peers on compliance.
