Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruiting for technical and professional roles on government programs. This 100% remote role offers flexibility to work from home while supporting multiple program teams.

You will partner with hiring managers, bring strong sourcing skills, ensure OFCCP/compliance, and travel as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience required; knowledge of DayForce, iCIMS or WorkDay preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years managing the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing and offer negotiations.
• Ability to work 100% remote.
• High-volume recruiting and technical sourcing (hardware, technician, facilities).
• Strong understanding of government recruiting regulations, compliance, and labor categories.
• Experience in a unionized environment supporting BOS contracts preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (e.g., DayForce, iCIMS, WorkDay) and CRM platforms.
• Sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, niche pipelines, and social media.
• Comfortable supporting business development and proposals for recompetes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel and ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional positions.
• Build and execute recruiting strategies tailored to program needs.
• Advise hiring managers on market insights and best practices.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple categories.
• Negotiate offers within pay ranges and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain OFCCP, DOL, DCAA and client-specific compliance.
• Track and report recruiting metrics in ATS/CRM systems.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs and events.
• Support business development, proposals and recompetes.
• Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives.
