Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years in Subcontracts or Contracts, or Master’s with 6+ years; exception for alternative experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a team or IPT Lead.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and corporate flow downs, data rights negotiations, and commercial item determination.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance with ability to pursue SCI/TS clearance.

Aufgaben

• Manages a team of approximately 5-10 Subcontract Administrators and ensures subcontracts meet cost and schedule objectives.
• Negotiates subcontractor price, schedule, milestones, and terms to secure favorable deals.
• Identifies strategies to reduce cost, improve efficiency and manage risk with the supply base.
• Supports performance management of subcontractors and, depending on subcontract size, leads Supplier Management Team activities.
• Ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS and customer flow-downs; assists in proposal support and contract administration.
