Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector seeks a Contracts Administrator in Aurora, CO, onsite only. You will support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration to ensure proper execution and fulfillment per company policies and customer requirements.

The role embeds you with the program management team to drive contract success, manage risks, and coordinate with technical, program, finance, and security functions. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract administration or management.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or government acquisition regulations.
• MS Office Suite and Adobe proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and program obligations to ensure understanding and adherence.
• Assist in contract proposal coordination and timely submission to customers.
• Participate in negotiations, administration, and customer contract activities to manage contracts in line with policies.
• Maintain contract data in Contract Management System or ERP.
