Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. in Boulder, CO, seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs - Level 2 to direct strategy, planning, and execution of subcontracts and materials across Programs in a single Operating Unit.

You will oversee labor planning, cost forecasting, and supplier performance while reporting to the PMO and briefing executives on cost and schedule status. A leadership background and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master's with 6 years (additional 4+ years considered).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Prior experience leading/managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Strategy, planning, and execution of all subcontracts, material, and services for a group of Programs across a single OU.
• Lead Program execution including labor resource planning, cost/planning, forecasting, schedule performance, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Mentor team members on FAR, DFAR, and AS9100 requirements and enforce EVMS.
