Qualifications

- Experience negotiating and administering fixed-price and cost reimbursable contracts.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the contracting portfolio within the assigned program or business area.
- Review and approve contractual documents to protect company posture and compliance.
- Plan and execute successful negotiations of complex contracts to meet objectives.
- Provide direct supervision and development of contract administrators.
- Foster engagement, integrity, accountability and collaboration across teams.
- Support new business strategies with advanced proposal input and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with program management, technical, finance, supply chain, and legal stakeholders.
