Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in procurement, subcontracts, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of procurement and government contracting principles (FAR/DFARS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide cradle to grave administrative support for RFPs and subcontract agreements.
• Assist in tracking subcontractor and internal deliverables to ensure compliance with terms, schedules and budgets.
• Maintain procurement files and ensure documentation aligns with policies and regulations.
• Support invoice review and reconciliation with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Participate in subcontract negotiations alongside senior staff.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations to support decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address subcontractor issues.
