Job summary

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10+ years in procurement or subcontracts, with expertise in Cost Plus Award Fee and FAR/DFARS, plus strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 10+ years of procurement, subcontracts, or supply chain management experience.
• Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee and FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave subcontract administration for RFPs and agreements.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with requirements, schedules, quality, and cost objectives.
• Maintain subcontract files and documentation per policies and regulations.
• Monitor performance and support risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Legal.
• Review invoices and ensure accuracy with terms and funding requirements.
• Support negotiations including pricing, terms, and statements of work.
• Prepare status reports and management briefings on subcontract activity.
• Apply FAR/DFARS and company procedures to ensure compliance.
