Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of fixed-price and flexibly-priced subcontracts, including construction type.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, form, administer, and close-out large service and construction subcontracts.
• Conduct bidder prequalification, bid analysis, and negotiations.
• Support planning, budgeting, and work-hour estimates for subcontracting activities.
• Provide guidance to project teams during bid, award, and close-out phases.
• Cradle-to-grave management or turnover of subcontracts for field administration.
