Bechtel is the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner on the Northrop Grumman team to deliver the Sentinel Program, modernizing the ground‑based leg of the U.S. nuclear deterrent triad, including intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) systems and launch infrastructure. Bechtel’s scope is the ground infrastructure component of the program.

Reports to the Supply Chain Operations Manager. Supports and organizes Supply Chain efforts for Requests for Interest (RFI) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) development, other standard purchasing requirements, and additional project activities. Conducts meetings, prepares notes, monitors billing, plans and proposes solutions, supports new agreements, resolves administrative problems involving high monetary expenditure or risk, communicates with engineering, construction, PM, and other services. Ensures compliance with order terms and initiates follow‑up actions with suppliers or internal groups. Analyzes and distributes supplier information, communicates with suppliers to achieve required services and results.
