You will issue work orders, verify subcontractor availability, track ETAs, and manage documentation to support smooth service delivery. Day-to-day duties include onboarding new vendors, coordinating with Service and Account Managers,

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, dispatching, or vendor management.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and shifting priorities.
• Professional phone interactions with subcontractors and customers.
• Detail-oriented with real-time data accuracy.
• Familiarity with dispatching software and IVR systems.
• Willingness to assist with after-hours needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue work orders for service requests to subcontractors.
• Confirm availability, assign work, and track ETAs with updates to teams.
• Monitor orders to completion and keep dispatch board accurate.
• Manage check-in/check-out via IVR systems and sites.
• Collect invoices and supporting docs and forward for billing.
• Source new subcontractors and onboard at least three per month.
• Support urgent requests and escalate risks as needed.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and reviews.
