Lockheed Martin is seeking a Subcontract Program Management Manager in Orlando to lead the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod supply chain, coordinating production, development, and sustainment for US and allied warfighters.

You will guide a team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, drive strategic sourcing, ensure contract compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedule commitments and program goals.

• Proficiency in FAR/DFAR guidelines and Acquisition Policy.
• Development of program assessments and root cause and corrective action analyses.
• Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Must be able to manage a very diverse program of production, development, and sustainment efforts.
• Must be able to lead a team of Supply Chain professionals in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on‑time delivery.
• Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency within the Global Supply Chain organization.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) guidelines and Acquisition Policy
• Development of program assessments and root cause and correction action analysis
• Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities
• Must be able to manage a very diverse program of production, development, and sustainment efforts
• Must be able to lead a team of Supply Chain professionals in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
